Remember it’s important to stay active if you are in lockdown and to keep in touch with dojo members. Exercise is important to both physical and mental wellbeing. It can help you de-stress and sleep better. The World Health Organisation recommends that all healthy adults do 30 minutes per day of physical activity and children should be physically active for 1 hour a day. If you’re in lockdown, you can try home workouts, walk, cycle or run. Just stay local and keep it low risk.

It isn longer mandatory for all businesses to display the Covid QR Code for contact tracing.
