Experience Aikido via a six-week women’s only beginners course

Starting: Every Monday from 21st February 2022, 7:05pm - 8:05pm for six weeks.

Where: Aikido Auckland Seishinkan, 110D St Lukes Road, Sandringham, Auckland 1025

• The entire course is $50

• No previous training is required

• Simply bring comfortable clothes (remove any jewellery), a bottle of water and a willingness to try something new

During the course you will develop self defence skills and have the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of this Japanese martial art
